Use of park amenities are included with the rental.

Rules:
- Use the garbage can for diapers, sanitary pads, etc.
- No Smoking in rental units.
- No Pets in this rental unit.
- Upon checking in, we require a $100.00 security deposit ($75.00 damages deposit and $25.00 key deposit). Upon checking out of the rental unit, a staff member will inspect the unit and the deposit will be refunded if applicable.
All other Rules and Regulations also apply.
